A hotspot is any object in the platform that you can interact with. When you click on a hotspot, information and media about METAHYPE or branded content is displayed, or you can also start a new experience on METAHYPE.
You can change your point of view by clicking on the icon with a person and a small circle on it. This is located in the lower-right corner of the main screen. You can also do it through your Settings.
Just click on the hotspots scattered around the space to find out more about METAHYPE.
Just use W, A, S & D on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can also make use of the Up, Down, Left & Right arrows.

It's a unique, non-transferable NFT Digital Collectible that represents your user status on the island. You will receive it once registered. It evolves by collecting HYPES from participating in experiences that will boost your reputation and upgrade your Passport level. This will unlock new functionalities.
In case you need to report another user, you can do it from their profile by clicking on "report"
To block another user, go to their profile and click on "block"
In case your validation email is not received, check your spam inbox or wait for 10 minutes. If you still haven't received your email, contact our support team.
You will be able to create your avatar during the registration process with Ready Player Me. You can also use a previously created avatar in RPM.
Metahype is available now on Desktop. We are working to launch Mobile very soon!
You can remove your account in Settings. Remember that once removed, you will not be able to recover it in the future, neither your METAHYPE PASSPORT or your Wallet.
Metahype is currently available in English. We are working to launch more languages soon.
Just select "I forgot my password" during the log-in process.
When you click "Enter as a Guest" a default Username and Avatar are generated. You will not have all the spaces or functionalities available.
To edit your Profile Information, click on the profile option in the main menu and then open the Personal Data tab.
If you want to customise your avatar, just enter your profile and click on your avatar photo.
You can change your avatar as many times as you like. The next time you access Metahype, your avatar will always appear according to the last changes you made.
You can adjust the sound settings in the preference tab of the menu panel or in settings.
It is not yet possible to access the site via smartphone or tablet. It will be available soon.
For an optimal experience on Metahype, please make sure your device has a graphics card and a good internet connection.
Any 16:9 aspect ratio screen should be well suited to the platform.
